I recently heard about a homeopathic treatment for HIV infected individuals. I am interested in knowing where this can be obtained, and how I can learn more about this treatment.

Perhaps the above website, which alludes to ailanthus glandulosa as a potential treatment for SYMPTOMS of HIV, is what you meant.
Homeopathic remedies have been used by persons with HIV for many years, although I am not aware of one specific one which has made it to the forefront even in the alternative treatment community. Most of the use of homepathic regimens with which I am familiar involve treating symptoms, such as neuropathy, GI distress, fatigue, etc.
You might speak to a homeopath and see what the newest possible treatment modality for HIV and it symptoms is.
