Hi, about 2 months ago I made a huge mistake and had sex with a transvestite person, we exhanged oral and I received anal from her, we used condoms, I recently just took a test for HIV at 8 weeks and it turned out negative, I am going back next week for the 3 month testing, please let me know if I am at possible risk because this has been ruining my life since I committed this foolish act and wonder if I can get my life back in order, thank you.

You say your act was a "mistake" and "foolish." But it sounds like you had protected sex! This puts you at exquisitely low risk for acquiring HIV. The negative test at 8 week should be most reassuring and affirming, but another one at 3 months should be done nevertheless.
As long as you continue to have protected sex--with persons of any gender--you should remain free of major risk for HIV!
