I am a 23 year old gay male,I recently had unprotected oral sex with some who I found out is HIV+ after the fact! What do i do? When should i get tested? And how can enjoy sex with having to go thru this again? The was precum in my mouth.

Although the risk of acquiring HIV from a single act of oral sex is only a fraction of a percent (if the other person is HIV+, that is), you need to consider your future: If every time you have sex with another person, you will worry about whether or not you will become HIV+, please consider whether or not this is worth it to you. Many gay men decide to practice oral sex and take the very small risk, but not practice unprotected intercourse. Each person needs to find his own "best path."
