As you may not remember, my son is diagnosed with AIDS.
Its been a long time since I e-mailed you. Just a little update
on my son's condition and wondered if you could give me some
feedback....
The Doctor said that his Viral Load is now at 200,000
and his T Cells are at 40. He is broke out all over with sores.
On the sores, could this be the start of KS? His spine, leg and
knee are starting to bother him real bad too.
Any information you can give me would be very appreciative.
Thank you so much for your time.

I'm glad to hear that your son is still alive; but I'm concerned that he has not yet started medication to combat his HIV infection. His T cell count of 40 is very low and he is at great risk of developing serious infections, which can be life-threatening. Without examining him, I cannot confirm or deny that your son has KS. A number of different diseases can cause sores all over someone's body. If he has access to anti-HIV medications, your son must begin therapy as soon as possible before it's too late. Once again, I hope for the best...
