Sir, I want to know whether a patient having pityriasis versicolor can be infected with HIV? I know that it may occur in normal person due to heat & humidity.

Is the question that if you have P.V., can you get HIV through those lesions? If so, no. Is the question, can someone with HIV get P.V., the answer is yes, just like HIV patients get common colds, they can get common infections. To my knowledge, P.V. is not more common in HIV infected patients than in anyone else.
