Your fatigue may have many causes and may or may not be related to the antivirals. Depression itself is a major cause of fatigue and it's important to clarify whether it is a cause or a result of the fatigue; notwithstanding it is always a contributing factor to fatigue.

A thorough review of your drugs and lab results would be a good starting point; anemia from AZT, elevated lactates from several drugs, diarrhea and low potassium, HIV viremia because of drug resistance, lots of possibilities should be ruled out. A good physical exam to make sure the fatigue is not a symptom of another disease such as heart failure or liver disease.

If no other cause is found (and often even if there is) then an antidepressant may have profound benefit to your energy levels.
Find a good and thoughtful doc and get to work!
Good luck.
