Please can you help me, I am in a relationship with a married man, his wife
has thrush, I do not want it to be passed on to me. Can you give me any
advice and is it possible to have oral sex still? Thank you for your help.

Oral thrush is not likely to be transmitted as long as your immune system is intact. However, there are other infections that can be transmitted with unprotected oral sex including gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and HIV. Ideally, one should probably use a condom for oral sex to protect oneself from potential infections. Thank you for your question.
