Abstract: This chapter reviews the most common diseases of the liver that are associated immunodeficiencies resulting from AIDS, chemotherapy and radiation, and bone marrow and solid organ transplantation. Conditions described include liver disease, infection, venoocclusive disease, graft versus host disease, and others.
