Abstract: People living with HIV must be careful about what they eat, especially while on vacation. Recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip are provided. Some of the recommendations include getting immunized, carrying preventive drugs, and being selective about ordering meats. Guidelines are given on how to pack food, ways to keep food fresh, and what to do for various modes of transportation.
