Abstract: Results of studies of a triple combination of nelfinavir, AZT, and 3TC were reported at the Fourth Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections and at the International Conference on AIDS Research. Volunteers showed increased CD4 counts and decreased viral loads, and antiretroviral-naive volunteers reported durable suppression of the virus.
