Abstract: Discussion topics ranged from treatments to products at the 10th International AIDS Conference in Yokohama. Topics covered included vaccine development; the correlation of environmental, genetic, and pathogenesis factors in long term survivors and long term nonprogressors; and Otsuka's vanarinone for treatment of AIDS. Combination drug therapy, especially triple-drug treatments, held the most hope for immediate uses.
