Abstract: A 60-year-old man with AIDS and active pulmonary tuberculosis presented with a rapidly growing chorioretinal tumor. Tuberculostatics had no effect on the tumor but radiation resulted in a quick decrease in its size. It is therefore believed to be a lymphoma. No biopsy was performed. An intraocular lymphoma in a patient with AIDS has not yet been described.
