Abstract: A 31-yr-old woman presenting with abdominal complaints and fever was found to have linitis plastica on upper gastrointestinal series. Endoscopic studies confirmed these findings; however, pathology revealed the diagnosis to be Kaposi's sarcoma. We believe this to be the first case report of linitis plastica presenting as Kaposi's sarcoma.
