Abstract: A 22-year-old man with human immunodeficiency virus infection had skin nodules of the chest wall. When a biopsy was performed on these nodules, Hodgkin's disease was discovered. The patient was subsequently found to have widespread disease involving the lymph nodes and liver. Skin involvement with Hodgkin's disease is rare. In this report, we review previous descriptions of skin involvement appearing in the literature.
