Abstract: Two cases of the transfer of HIV infection are described: a child got HIV infection through breast feeding from the mother infected with HIV as the result of blood transfusion made 2 weeks after the birth of the child and 2 men were infected with HIV as the result of sexual relations with a woman found to be a HIV carrier.
