Abstract: We describe a case of central nervous system (CNS) toxoplasmosis in a patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Supratentorial hydrocephalus as a result of aqueductal collapse was the only abnormal finding on computed tomography scan. Toxoplasma gondii is the most common pathogen organism in high-risk AIDS's patients with involvement of the CNS.
