Abstract: We report a case of a moderately disseminated, slowly progressing Kaposi's sarcoma, with a primary cutaneous nodule on the glans penis. The multifocal skin tumor appeared in a 44-year-old bisexual man and was not associated with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
