Fujisawa USA developed Duraclon for the treatment of cancer pain and filed the NDA in the U.S. Roxane Laboratories will begin marketing Duraclon to anesthesiologists in January 1997. Fujisawa USA will remain the manufacturer of Duraclon for Roxane.
Duraclon will be marketed in vials containing 1 mg clonidine hydrochloride in 10 ml of sterile solution. All requests for information regarding Duraclon should be forwarded to Kelli Thomas at Roxane Laboratories -- 614-276-4000.
