Pharmaceutical Firm ARTEC, Inc.™ Announces Production of TUBERCIN™ for Selected Uses in South Africa and the Bahamas - Shareholders Follow-Up Report

Business Wire - November 26, 2007

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Production of TUBERCIN™, a revolutionary polysaccharide compound to be used as an HIV/AIDS and ANTI-CANCER immunostimulant, has begun with the focus on South Africa and the Bahamas as mission delivery sites, announces Mr. Gerry Knight, Executive Vice President of ARTEC, Inc.™ (Pink Sheets:ATKJ). ARTEC, Inc.™ has recently received the final plan for the testing on HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis Patients in South Africa and anticipates in starting the testing process in early 2008.

Mr. Rodney Watson, ARTEC, Inc.™ South African Coordinator, is working on the details and logistics. More detailed information will be made available in future progress reports as soon as confidential aspects can be revealed. However, eminent scientists are currently working on producing the TUBERCIN™ powder which is the mainstay of production.

ARTEC, Inc.™ anticipates utilizing a product based on TUBERCIN™ to treat Patients in a Wellness Center environment. Mr. Cecil Thompson, ARTEC, Inc.™ Coordinator for Bahamas, is working closely with the company to carry out this project which will begin in 2008. ARTEC, Inc.™ has designated the Bahamas as the initial site for the Wellness Centers - a resort setting utilizing TUBERCIN™ and other health related products to promote good health. Later, the company will consider franchise and/or owner relationships to establish Wellness Centers in resort settings around the world.

Health care costs have recently become an issue for large membership Health Plans. Because cost savings can be realized off-shore by these companies, ARTEC, Inc.™ has been in discussions concerning the economic feasibility of treating select cases at the Wellness treatment center. Such treatment in pleasant and private surroundings will not dilute expert medical care, but may allow a reduced cost overhead.

To effectively distribute TUBERCIN™, ARTEC, Inc.™ has forged working relationships with a network of public advertising and Internet consultants. TUBERCIN™ is not a one-dimensional product. We believe it has the fundamental potential, from preventative, cosmetic, and pain-reduction perspectives, to facilitate good health world-wide.

The company will also work with a humanitarian foundation, and later with missionary groups, to bring TUBERCIN™ to those who can least afford to purchase TUBERCIN™ products. President Dr. Ronald Shinn believes that people who desperately need help should not be denied access because of poverty.

ARTEC, Inc.™ will release further information on the progress of product developments and integration at a later time. For more information on ARTEC, Inc.™ visit www.artec-inc.net.
